Accordingly, not every Hannk feature will necessarily be available for every vehicle, rental company, device, country or customer.

06No Vehicle Rental Contract

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Hannk provides technology supporting the vehicle rental process.

Hannk's website does not itself constitute an offer to rent a vehicle.

Where a vehicle is rented through a business using Hannk technology, the applicable vehicle rental agreement is normally between the customer and the identified Rental Operator.

The Rental Operator remains responsible for its rental terms, vehicle, charges and contractual relationship with the renter, except where expressly agreed otherwise.

07Pricing

Prices or commercial information displayed on the Hannk website may be changed at any time unless they form part of a binding written agreement.

Taxes, third-party costs, installation requirements, telecommunications charges and other applicable charges may vary according to territory, configuration or services selected.

Information on the Hannk website does not constitute legal, financial, insurance, tax or other professional advice.
